How the Nass Valley works with industry.
The Industrial Relations Office (IRO) is the point of contact for industry. It coordinates major-project engagement on behalf of the Nation, from Impact Benefit Agreements through to contracting, employment, and reporting.
Behind IRO are the Ec-Dev entities and citizen-owned companies that deliver the work. Their sectors include earthworks, marine logistics, trades, catering, environmental services, and transport.

Post an opportunity through IRO.
Industry partners post contract opportunities from a partner account. IRO reviews each posting and distributes it to the Nisga'a entities whose areas of focus match. Interest, downloads, bids, and awards are tracked in the portal.
Partner accounts are set up by IRO. If your company does not have one yet, send IRO your company name and the contact person who will manage postings, and IRO will send an invitation.
