Projects

• PRGT Ginluulak Road Bridge Installations

  In partnership with Surespan, delivered the structural design, fabrication, and installation of nine permanent forestry-style bridge structures for the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission (PRGT) project. The bridges included 7 All-steel portable bridges, 2 Steel girder bridges, 8 Bridges on spread footings and towers, and 1 Bridge on a lock block substructure.

• KSM Treaty Creek Bridge Installations

  In partnership with Surespan, supplied and installed 10 steel bridge structures to support access for the KSM Project along Treaty Creek Road. Work involved excavation, spread footing and tower installation, placement of geotextile and riprap, precast concrete ballast walls, and installation of modular timber deck panels with geo-fabric containment and wear decking.

• KSM Glacier Creek Fish Habitat Offset Pond

  In partnership with Surespan and Lemare, installed over 500 linear meters of sheet pile shoring to support dewatered excavation for a fish habitat offset pond. Sheet piles were driven into challenging glacial till and cobble using multiple techniques, then fully extracted and demobilized upon project completion, supporting environmental sustainability in the region.

• Premier Gold Workforce Camp

  In partnership with Dexterra Group Horizon North, delivered a 168-bed workforce camp for Ascot's Premier Gold Project near Stewart, BC, providing accommodation, catering, housekeeping, camp management, equipment supply, and supporting site infrastructure.

• PRGT Resource Road Upgrades

  2024

  Completed 18 km of resource road upgrades for the PRGT Project, including quarry development, bridge installation, and blasting and hauling over 67,000 m³ of aggregate to support road improvements.

• Nass Region Labour Market Study

  Conducted a labour market study of the Nass Region, including a desktop review, business interviews, and a community survey to assess workforce capacity and future labour needs with a focus on key industries including renewable energy, housing, mining, and pipeline construction.

• Climate Risk Assessment & Adaptation Report

  In partnership with the Laxgalts'ap Village Government, Massif Energy, and Associated Engineering, supported development of a Climate Resilience Plan for the Village of Laxgalts'ap, including climate risk assessment, emergency planning, infrastructure adaptation, and renewable energy feasibility studies.

• Anyox Hydro

  Advanced development of the Anyox Hydro project, including feasibility assessment and submission to BC Hydro's 2024 Call for Power, to repurpose a historic dam site for hydroelectric energy storage within Nisga'a Traditional Territory.

• Biomass Resource Assessment

  Completed a biomass resource assessment in the Nass Region, identifying harvestable biomass resources and evaluating opportunities for bioenergy production, biochar conversion, and value-added use of forestry residuals.

• Wind Power Investigation

  Investigated wind energy development opportunities in partnership with the Village of Gingolx and in collaboration with the Village of Gitlaxt'aamiks and Village of Gitwinksihlkw to support Indigenous-led renewable energy planning and future power generation.

• Geothermal Power Investigation

  Conducted early-stage geothermal exploration near the Village of Laxgalts'ap, including desktop analysis, 3D modelling, geophysical surveys, and water and rock sampling to assess geothermal potential for power generation and heating.
