Firewolf Indigenous Wellness & Consulting

Firewolf Consulting (Scott Barker) – Provides workforce support, counselling, addiction recovery services, mentorship, and coaching to help individuals overcome barriers and succeed in employment.

About

Firewolf Indigenous Wellness & Consulting, led by Scott Barker, provides workforce and individual support focused on helping people overcome barriers, build stability, and successfully participate in employment and community life. Fire Wolf’s work includes addiction and recovery support, counselling, mentorship, coaching, and workforce support. Its approach recognizes that employment readiness is not simply about having the right tickets or technical skills. Individuals may also need practical and sustained support to address personal barriers, maintain recovery, navigate workplace expectations, and build the confidence and stability needed for long-term employment. Fire Wolf can support workforce development initiatives by working directly with individuals before and during employment, including those transitioning from recovery or facing barriers to entering or remaining in the workforce. Mentorship and coaching can provide an important bridge between training, employment and successful workforce retention.
